Good idea, but delivery was slow

I was really curious about SimplyFloss after seeing ads everywhere, so I grabbed some SimplyPick 2-in-1 Floss & Soft Picks. They actually work pretty well, much better than those cheap drugstore ones. My only real complaint is that it took a while for them to get here, which was a little annoying when I was out of my old picks. Definitely appreciate the idea though!

Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the SimplyFloss 3-Pack and was excited to try them out. The floss itself is great; it feels sturdy and the silicone slides easily between my teeth. It was a bit odd to get used to at first, but I like the idea of reducing waste. My main gripe was the shipping speed. It took about a week and a half to reach me in California, which felt a little long for a domestic order. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed things up. Overall, a solid product but they could improve on delivery times.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from SimplyFloss. I first got the Dental Hygiene Starter Set a few months ago and was really impressed. This time I just needed some Replacement Floss Loops. The quality has been consistently good across all my orders. The silicone floss holds up really well, and I haven't had any issues with durability. Shipping was about the same as last time, maybe five days to Texas. It's reliable and I appreciate knowing what to expect. That's why I keep coming back for my dental supplies.

Great floss, easy to use

I bought the SimplyFloss Pro Pack. It arrived quickly, well-packaged. The reusable floss works really well, much better than I expected. Simple to clean. I'm happy with this purchase.

Detailed experience with SimplyFloss

I decided to try the SimplyFloss Reusable Dental Floss after seeing some ads about eco-friendly options. Ordering was straightforward on their website, pretty standard e-commerce experience. I got an email confirmation right away. It shipped out after two business days, and the package arrived in about six days via standard shipping. The packaging was minimal, which I appreciated. The floss itself is quite different from traditional string floss. It's a medical-grade silicone loop that fits into an ergonomic holder. I found it surprisingly effective at cleaning, and it didn't fray at all. Cleaning it was easy, just a quick rinse. I did have a small question about replacement loops, and their online chat support responded within an hour with a clear answer. The only minor downside is the initial investment compared to a pack of disposable floss, but I expect it to save money over time. It's safe for my sensitive gums too. Definitely worth exploring for anyone looking to reduce their dental waste.
